Set Connection Open Day
25th January 10am – 2pm
Set Connection extends a very warm welcome to families, friends and businesses to come and see the Enchanted trees, the Daventry Dragons, the unicorns, our current hire/sale stock – and the man behind the drastic plastic recycle scheme.
Our open day, 25th January, starts at 10am and will run through until 2pm. Plenty of time to grasp a unique photo opportunity to sit on the giant thrones, or between these amazing hand crafted sculptures made from re-cycled industrial and domestic materials.
After a great interview on the Helen Blaby show at the BBC Northampton radio station on the 15th of this month we feel it’s now time to showcase our creations to one and all with an open day.
We have just recently opened a hire department for special events and weddings, along with home and garden products for sale, a percentage of any proceeds to go to Marie Curie who give incredible care and support through terminal illnesses and who shall be here on the 25th.
One of our near future aims is to start a craft and prop-making workshop for school students and the general public to raise more awareness to the ever increasing issue of waste materials ending up in landfill and beyond.
We are aiming at black plastic that cannot be re-cycled. But now some of it can and every little helps. We are very much hoping as a local business, we would be able to meet with you on the day.
